I love this recipe as it is full of flavours I love to have it with friends and family because everybody loves it is perfect for taking away as it gives you a lot of energy and keep you filled and warm.

Method
- In a pan heat the olive oil, chop the onion and 2 garlic cloves and fry them for 7 min or so, add the paprika, calamari, cumin and bay leaf and fry them for 15min.
- Add the wine and the fish stock and cook it for 10min.
- Add the paste of chickpeas, the king prawns peeled beforehand, the chickpeas and cook it for 10min more. Serve warm and enjoy 😉.

- 1tbsp oats
- 2 tins chickpeas
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1tbsp paprika
- 400g calamari
- 1tsp cumin
- 1 bay leaf
- 100ml white wine
- 500ml fish stock
- 16 king prawns
