Method
- Soak 50g of Cous Cous in boiling chicken stock for 10 minutes, meanwhile soften one onion chopped up chunky in low-fat cooking spay
- Remove all visible fat from the bacon and fry with the onion adding in 10-20 chopped-up cherry tomatoes.
- Add garlic powder, chilli and pepper to taste
- Mix in the Cous Cous

- 5 rasher lean smoked bacon
- Chilli flakes
