10 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook

Method

  1. Soak 50g of Cous Cous in boiling chicken stock for 10 minutes, meanwhile soften one onion chopped up chunky in low-fat cooking spay
  2. Remove all visible fat from the bacon and fry with the onion adding in 10-20 chopped-up cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add garlic powder, chilli and pepper to taste
  4. Mix in the Cous Cous

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 50g cous cous
  • 5 rasher lean smoked bacon
  • Chilli flakes
