Method
- Grill the sausages to get some colour on them.
- Brown the meat & place straight into slow cooker.
- Dice 2 onions & brown for 5 mins.
- Add garlic cook for 2 mins.
- Add to slow cooker.
- Chop 4 large carrots into chunky pieces, dice 2 sticks of celery, add to slow cooker with chunks of sausage, 1 tin of tomatoes, 275ml of beef stock, add some rosemary.
- Stir then put on low or medium so it is ready for tea. Add mushrooms (250g) 20 mins before the end.
