10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook

Method

  1. Fry 100g bacon lardons until crispy and set aside (you could use chopped bacon if you wish to reduce calories but I prefer the flavour)
  2. Slice 3 chicken breasts to bitterly and coat in 1.5tbsp paprika 1.5tbsp garlic granules and fry on both side for 4 minutes
  3. Add 300ml chicken stock and reduce slightly
  4. Add 300ml single cream and 1.5tbsp lemon juice and reduce for 10 minutes
  5. Add 100g Parmesan and simmer until thick

  • 300ml single cream
  • 1.5tbsp lemon juice
  • 100g paremesan
