10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook
Method
- Fry 100g bacon lardons until crispy and set aside (you could use chopped bacon if you wish to reduce calories but I prefer the flavour)
- Slice 3 chicken breasts to bitterly and coat in 1.5tbsp paprika 1.5tbsp garlic granules and fry on both side for 4 minutes
- Add 300ml chicken stock and reduce slightly
- Add 300ml single cream and 1.5tbsp lemon juice and reduce for 10 minutes
- Add 100g Parmesan and simmer until thick
