Kim’s Carrot and Coriander Soup

Thermos Taste for Adventure

We are a family who love being outdoors, whether it be camping, hiking or fishing! Our Thermos flasks are used to carry hot chocolate for my 7 and 6 year olds as a treat at the end of an adventure!

5 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Bring to the boil and then blend

Ingredients

  • 6 carrots
  • Handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 onion
  • 1 veg stock
  • 300ml water
  • Sprinkle of Chilli powder
