to prepare and to cook
- Grill your fresh salmon and cherry tomatoes.
- Add garlic to a pan with chopped shallots.
- Then add a little stock, soft cheese ,your salmon, tomatoes and whatever pasta you fancy!
- I then like to add some spinach or even peas for extra green goodness.
- If you’re feeling extra cheeky, add a sprinkle of cheese too.
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 tub cherry tomatoes
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 packet low fat cream cheese
- 1 shallot
- 2 cups pasta
- Peas (optional)
