I have always loved everything about cooking. Growing up I was surrounded by amazing home cooks, my mum would always have me in the kitchen with her cooking and baking. I want to create those same memories with my children, creating recipes and coming up with new and exciting ideas as a family is one of my favourite things to do, as well as eating them of course. My recipes are all slimming & family-friendly too, but with no restrictions. I believe that we can all eat the things we love, just within moderation.

Method
- Pop your pasta on to cook.
- Meanwhile season the chicken with the garlic granules and dried parsley and pop it into a large frying pan.
- Once it’s starting to brown, add in your onion and cook until soft. Add the butter and the garlic and cook for a minute or two, then add in the flour and cook out.
- Slowly add in the stock, stirring constantly. Lower the heat right down and add the cream, and in the cooked pasta, stir and then season to taste.
- Add in the fresh parsley and some pasta water if necessary. Sprinkle with the garlic bread crumb. Serve and enjoy.
- For Garlic Bread Crumb: Blend your bread into breadcrumbs then add all the seasonings and mix together. Melt the butter in a pan and add in the breadcrumbs until crispy and golden. Sprinkle over pasta.

- 300g pasta
- 400g chicken breast
- 1tbs garlic granules
- 1tbs parsley
- 1 onion
- 1tbsp butter
- 3cloves garlic
- 1tbsp flour
- 400ml stock
- 120ml single cream
- Salt & pepper
- For Garlic Bread Crumb:
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- tsp salt
- 1tsp butter
