I have always loved everything about cooking. Growing up I was surrounded by amazing home cooks, my mum would always have me in the kitchen with her cooking and baking. I want to create those same memories with my children, creating recipes and coming up with new and exciting ideas as a family is one of my favourite things to do, as well as eating them of course. My recipes are all slimming & family-friendly too, but with no restrictions. I believe that we can all eat the things we love, just within moderation.

to prepare and to cook


  1. Pop your pasta on to cook.
  2. Meanwhile season the chicken with the garlic granules and dried parsley and pop it into a large frying pan.
  3. Once it’s starting to brown, add in your onion and cook until soft. Add the butter and the garlic and cook for a minute or two, then add in the flour and cook out.
  4. Slowly add in the stock, stirring constantly. Lower the heat right down and add the cream, and in the cooked pasta, stir and then season to taste.
  5. Add in the fresh parsley and some pasta water if necessary. Sprinkle with the garlic bread crumb. Serve and enjoy.
  6. For Garlic Bread Crumb: Blend your bread into breadcrumbs then add all the seasonings and mix together. Melt the butter in a pan and add in the breadcrumbs until crispy and golden. Sprinkle over pasta.


  • 300g pasta
  • 400g chicken breast
  • 1tbs garlic granules
  • 1tbs parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 3cloves garlic
  • 1tbsp flour
  • 400ml stock
  • 120ml single cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • For Garlic Bread Crumb:
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • tsp salt
  • 1tsp butter
