5 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook

Method

All the ingredients apart from the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cheese and pine nuts into a blender and wizz together.
Simmer the sauce with the cooked pasta
Add some fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and toasted pine nuts
Enjoy!
