Serves 3
5 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook


  1. All the ingredients apart from the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cheese and pine nuts into a blender and wizz together.
  2. Simmer the sauce with the cooked pasta
  3. Add some fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and toasted pine nuts
  5. Enjoy!

  • Nutritional yeast
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Lemon
  • Rigatoni Pasta
  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Pine nuts
