5 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add the linguine, and cook for 10 mins
  2. Meanwhile melt butter in a pan over a medium/high heat. Once butter is melted, sauté garlic & herbs for 3mins. Add zest & juice of a lemon and simmer for a minute.
  3. Add crab meat and seasoning, then mix until combined with the garlic, lemon, butter and herbs. Take off heat.
  4. Using a pair of kitchen tongs, lift the pasta from the water into the sauce. Stir everything together adding a splash of pasta water.
  5. Topped with sliced lemon, garnished with a handful of roughly chopped Coriander and sprinkled with Parmesan.


  • 360g linguine
  • 3tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2tsp parsley
  • 1/2tsp tarragon
  • 1 lemon zest & juice
  • 200g mixed white & brown crab meat
  • tsp old bay or all purpose seasoning
