Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add the linguine, and cook for 10 mins
- Meanwhile melt butter in a pan over a medium/high heat. Once butter is melted, sauté garlic & herbs for 3mins. Add zest & juice of a lemon and simmer for a minute.
- Add crab meat and seasoning, then mix until combined with the garlic, lemon, butter and herbs. Take off heat.
- Using a pair of kitchen tongs, lift the pasta from the water into the sauce. Stir everything together adding a splash of pasta water.
- Topped with sliced lemon, garnished with a handful of roughly chopped Coriander and sprinkled with Parmesan.

- 360g linguine
- 3tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/2tsp parsley
- 1/2tsp tarragon
- 1 lemon zest & juice
- 200g mixed white & brown crab meat
- tsp old bay or all purpose seasoning
