2 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to cook
Method
Two scoops of organic oats
Mix with 8fl oz water.
Microwave for 2.5-3 minutes
Add one scoop of chocolate protein powder, mix well
Add a handful of blueberries and that’s it.
Sometimes I add a spoonful of peanut or almond butter for an extra protein kick.
