In the summer I make the night before and refrigerate. Delicious healthy, filling, and energy giving, perfect for days in the mountains! My Thermos is the perfect size and keeps it hot in the winter an cold in the summer

Serves 1 - 2
2 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to cook


  1. Two scoops of organic oats
  2. Mix with 8fl oz water.
  3. Microwave for 2.5-3 minutes
  4. Add one scoop of chocolate protein powder, mix well
  5. Add a handful of blueberries and that’s it.
  6. Sometimes I add a spoonful of peanut or almond butter for an extra protein kick.
