Amy’s Grandad Ernies Stovies

Thermos Taste for Adventure

I remember nipping around to my Nana and Grandad Ernies house on a cold winter's evening, and smelling their stovies cooking. It was my favourite meal and still is. There's just something about it, mince, potatoes and gravy all cooked together and served hot with some bread or dumplings. Just wish Grandad Ernie was still here to enjoy it with me.
