Ingredients
- Approx 10 potatoes
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 big onions
- 10 carrots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 stock cubes (beef or veggie)
- Add in any left over veggies in the fridge, to use them, save on food waste.
- Can add beef to turn into a hearty, comforting, beef stew.
