to prepare and to cook


  1. First, put skillet on medium heat and add a package of cherry tomatoes with some olive oil and butter and brown.
  2. Add garlic and stir together, as the cherry tomatoes start to cook, crush them down.
  3. Add some dried parsley and oregano and salt and pepper with a tiny pinch of sugar.
  4. Squeeze in a wedge of lemon.
  5. Add fresh basil.
  6. Add in the shrimps until cooked.
  7. Add some capers and kalamata olives.
  8. Crumble some fresh feta over the top and add more fresh basil.
  9. Serve with some warm crusty bread to dip with and enjoy!


  • 4 oz shrimp
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 carton cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 3 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • 1 lemon wedge, squeezed
  • 1 tiny pinch of sugar
  • 1 oz feta, crumbled
  • Basil to garnish
  • 1 tbsp kalamata olives
  • 1 tsp capers
