Ingredients:
- Minced beef
- 1 Tin of kidney beans
- 1 Tin of Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Pepper chopped
- 1 Tin of Sweetcorn
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- Chilli Powder, Cumin, Paprika
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Brown the minced meat in a pan, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, put chopped onion, peppers, and garlic.
- Add spices then let it simmer for a few more minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, and browned meat.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until thickened.
- Add some rice to a separate pan while it simmers and add boiling water to the rice
- Once the rice is soft add to the bottom of the Thermos flask.

Thai Coconut Curry with Chicken:
Ingredients:
- Cut Chicken Breast into bite sized pieces
- 1 Carton/ tin Coconut milk
- 1 Tsp Red curry paste
- 1 Pepper chopped
- 1 Zucchini chopped
- 4 Carrots chopped
- Fresh Basil for Garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the cut chicken in a pan with some oil until the outside is white .
- Add curry paste and simmer for 1-2 minutes until mixed in.
- Stir in coconut milk and vegetables, simmering for 10-15 minutes until veggies are tender and cooked through
- Top with fresh herbs.

- In a pan, bring the almond milk to a simmer. Add the oats and chia seeds, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Move away from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
- Add berries and nuts on top.

Pasta Bolognese
Ingredients:
- Minced Beef or Turkey
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 chopped Garlic

- Olive oil, Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your frying pan with a little bit of oil.
- Brown the Minced Meat with the Onion and Garlic.
- Add your Tomato Sauce, Cut Tomatoes and Italian Herbs .
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- Cook pasta separately with boiling hot water, then mix it with the sauce.

- 2 cups of your choice of pasta

Directions:
- Boil your pasta.
- Put the cooked pasta and pesto into a pan and mix together.
- Add the grilled chicken and cherry tomatoes, and mix everything together.

- Mix the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
