5 minutes to prepare and to cook

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Tip: If you fancy a smoothie bowl, add more milk and frozen fruit to make the smoothie thicker!

Ingredients

  • 100ml milk/or plant based/soya milk alternative
  • 1 banana
  • 25g plant based chocolate cookie protein
  • 100g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 25g fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3-4 ice cubes
